  • Be between 18 and 60 years old
  • Have a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) and fatigue as a main symptom
  • Feel very sleepy during the day (score 10 or more on a sleepiness scale)
  • Be able to walk at least 20 feet with help from a cane, walker, or other device
  • Have access to internet and email, and own a smartphone (Android or iPhone)
