Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older, male or female.
- You must have IgA nephropathy (a kidney condition) diagnosed by a kidney biopsy or certain symptoms like blood in urine.
- You must have sleep apnea, confirmed by an overnight sleep test showing at least 5 pauses in breathing per hour.
- You cannot have other sleep disorders, severe health problems (like heart failure or cancer), or be pregnant.
- You must not have had recent surgery or be taking certain medications that affect sleep or kidney function.
