Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You have a specific type of leukemia: advanced chronic myeloid leukemia or Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute myeloid leukemia.
  • You have tried at least one prior targeted therapy (BCR::ABL1 inhibitor) and it did not work or you could not tolerate it.
  • Your overall health status allows for daily activities with some help (ECOG performance status 0-3).
  • Your liver, kidneys, heart, and pancreas are working well enough based on blood tests.
  • You cannot have had a previous allergic reaction to any of the study drugs.
  • You cannot have had acute pancreatitis in the last year or have chronic pancreatitis.
  • You cannot have serious, uncontrolled heart problems or a recent heart attack or stroke.
  • You must be able to take pills by mouth.
  • If you are able to become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
