Who can take part

  • You must have a type of brain tumor called glioblastoma that has come back after prior treatment.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You need to be able to have an MRI with contrast dye.
  • Your general health should be good, with a Karnofsky score of 70 or higher (able to care for yourself).
  • You must not be pregnant or nursing, and you must agree to use effective birth control if applicable.
  • Blood and organ function tests must be within certain limits (your doctor will check these).
