This study tests a Botox injection (HengLi®) to see if it can reduce facial pain from trigeminal neuralgia. It is for people whose pain is not well controlled by standard medications.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with classic trigeminal neuralgia (sudden, severe facial pain).
- You have tried at least one standard medication for nerve pain (like carbamazepine or oxcarbazepine).
- Your pain is moderate to severe (average daily pain score 4 or more out of 10) and you have at least 2 pain attacks per day.
- You have not had surgery for trigeminal neuralgia or Botox in the last 6 months.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use birth control if needed.
