Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of MDA5-positive dermatomyositis (a specific type of autoimmune disease).
- Your lung function must be at least mildly reduced (shown on a breathing test), and a chest CT must show some inflammation or scarring in your lungs.
- You cannot have already tried 3T therapy and had a bad reaction or it didn't work.
- You cannot have taken certain other immune-suppressing drugs (like JAK inhibitors) in the last 2 weeks before the study starts.
