  • You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis of any type
  • You have had fatigue for at least 3 months
  • You score 4 or higher on the Fatigue Severity Scale
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can read and speak English fluently
  • You agree to have intervention sessions audio recorded for quality checks
