Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are scheduled for a stem cell transplant using donor cells (allogeneic).
  • Your vitamin A levels are within the normal range for your age.
  • You can take medicine by mouth (swallowing).
  • Your liver function tests (bilirubin, AST, ALT) are not too high.
  • You will receive stem cells from a donor's blood (peripheral blood stem cells).
