Who can take part

  • You are between 2 and 25 years old.
  • You have a type of thyroid cancer called differentiated thyroid cancer that has spread to your neck or lungs, and you haven't had any other cancer medicines yet (except radioactive iodine).
  • A test shows that your tumor has a change in the RET gene (a RET fusion or mutation).
  • You are in generally good health, with your organs (like bone marrow, kidneys, and liver) working well enough to handle the study drug.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use birth control during treatment and for several months after.
