This long-term safety study looks at the drug INZ-701 for people with two rare conditions called ENPP1 and ABCC6 deficiencies. If you already took part in an earlier study of this drug, this trial will monitor you over a longer period to see how safe and well it works over time.

Who can take part

  • You must be older than 1 year old.
  • You must have finished a previous clinical study with the drug INZ-701 for ENPP1 or ABCC6 deficiency.
  • If you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you must be willing to use highly effective birth control during the study and for 30 days after your last dose.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive a child.
  • You must not have a known allergy or intolerance to INZ-701 or any of its ingredients.
