Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You had a hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke at least 3 months ago.
  • You have severe shoulder pain on your stroke-affected side (pain score over 5 out of 10).
  • You are willing to give consent or have a family member do so.
  • You have not had any shoulder procedures (like nerve blocks, steroid shots, or radiofrequency) in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, bleeding problems, or a history of shoulder surgery or radiation.
