  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have had a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) confirmed by a doctor or scan
  • You have shoulder pain on your stroke-affected side that rates at least 2 out of 10 on a pain scale
  • It has been between 2 weeks and 1 year since your stroke
  • You are able to understand and follow instructions for the evaluations
  • You are medically stable enough to take part in a rehab program
