Who can take part

  • You have a type of blood cancer called non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that has come back or not responded to treatment, OR you have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You are generally well enough to be up and doing light activity (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • If you are in the expansion part of the study, you must have a tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, and bone marrow) are working well enough.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
