  • You need orthodontic treatment (like braces, expanders, or other devices).
  • You can have baby teeth, a mix of baby and adult teeth, or all adult teeth.
  • You do not have any medical condition that affects how your face or jaw grows.
  • You do not have jaw joint problems (pain, clicking, or trouble opening/closing).
  • You do not have current tooth pain.
  • You have not had previous jaw or face surgery.
