Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have major depression (unipolar) and your current episode has not responded to at least two different antidepressants taken at the right dose and for enough time.
- You do not have schizophrenia, a personality disorder as your main diagnosis, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- You are not currently using drugs or alcohol heavily, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have never had a bad reaction to ketamine or esketamine before.
