Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your lung cancer was originally EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer and has now transformed into small cell lung cancer.
  • You have been treated with the targeted therapy osimertinib, and the cancer progressed because of the transformation to small cell, not because of other resistance mutations like MET amplification or EGFR C797S.
  • You have measurable disease (tumors that can be seen on scans).
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0–2).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are adequate (checked within 21 days before starting).
