Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have mild to moderate high blood pressure (systolic 140-179 mmHg or diastolic 90-109 mmHg).
- You have type 2 diabetes and have been on stable diabetes medications (including long-acting insulin) for at least 28 days.
- You have signs of kidney damage, like protein in your urine or reduced kidney function.
- You are not pregnant and, if fertile, you agree to use reliable birth control.
