Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a diagnosis of MDS, MDS/MPN, or CMML that is intermediate, high, or very high risk.
  • You have not had prior treatment with a hypomethylating agent (like azacitidine or decitabine) or an LSD1 inhibitor.
  • You are able to swallow pills, and your weight is at least 50 kg (110 lbs).
  • Your kidney and liver function are within certain limits, and your white blood cell count is below a certain level.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective contraception if needed.
