Who can take part
- You have had continuous atrial fibrillation (AF) for at least 1 year but no more than 3 years.
- You still have AF symptoms despite taking at least one heart rhythm medication.
- Your age is between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your left atrium (upper heart chamber) is enlarged (43–55 mm on an echo).
- You have not had a prior catheter ablation for AF.
- You do not have severe heart disease, other serious health conditions, or a BMI outside 18.5–30.
- You are willing to follow the study plan and sign a consent form.
