Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of myelofibrosis (primary or after other blood cancers).
  • You have high-risk, intermediate-2, or intermediate-1 myelofibrosis (your doctor can explain this).
  • You need regular red blood cell transfusions – at least 4 units in the past 8 weeks, or your hemoglobin is below 8 g/dL at least twice, one week apart.
  • You have either not used JAK inhibitors before, or you've used ruxolitinib or fedratinib for at least 90 days (or at least 28 days if you needed transfusions or had bad side effects).
  • You have not had your spleen removed, and you don't have serious heart, liver, kidney, bleeding, or other active cancer issues.
