  • You are between 1 and 25 years old.
  • You have a glioblastoma that shows a specific genetic change called 'replication-repair deficiency' (RRD).
  • Your tumor was removed completely or almost completely by surgery.
  • You have not received any other treatment for this tumor, like chemotherapy or radiation.
  • You have not used steroids (like prednisone) for your brain tumor in the last 7 days.
