Who can take part

  • Age 12–39 years old and weigh at least 40 kg (or 30 kg outside the US)
  • Newly diagnosed high-grade glioma (Grade 3 or 4) confirmed by biopsy, including DIPG (brainstem tumors)
  • Your tumor must show DNA repair gene mutations—detected by blood tests, tumor testing, or genetic analysis
  • Completed standard radiation therapy (54 Gy for most cases) within the past 8 weeks
  • Good overall health with normal blood counts, kidney, and heart function
  • No active infections, heart disease, autoimmune disease, HIV, or hepatitis B; not pregnant or breastfeeding
