Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must have an unruptured aneurysm in the vertebrobasilar arteries (the blood vessels at the back of the brain).
- You must have had an MRI of the brain as part of your diagnosis.
- You must not have had a recent brain bleed visible on CT or MRI (tiny spots from old bleeds are okay).
- You must not have received microsurgery (traditional open surgery) for your aneurysm.
- You should not have another serious disease that would make follow-up difficult.
