  • You are between 20 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 27 or higher (overweight or obese).
  • You have been on stable heart failure medications for at least 3 months.
  • Your NT-proBNP level (a heart stress marker) is above 350 pg/mL.
