  • Your child is between 2 and 6 years old.
  • Your child is scheduled for squint eye surgery (muscle alignment).
  • Your child is in good general health (ASA physical status I or II – meaning no serious medical conditions).
  • Your child has no known allergies to the study medications (ketamine, propofol, or dexmedetomidine).
  • Your child does not have a known neurological disorder that could affect their recovery behavior.
