  • You are 70 years or older
  • You have heart failure that is stable (not in a crisis right now)
  • You have been hospitalized for heart failure in the past
  • You have chronic kidney disease (eGFR less than 60)
  • You have a history of high potassium or current potassium levels between 5.1 and 5.9 mmol/L
