Who can take part
- You are over 70 years old
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure (any type) with heart function measured in the last 2 years
- Your kidney function is adequate (GFR ≥20 mL/min/1.73 m²)
- You are currently on standard heart failure medications (ACE inhibitor or similar, beta blocker, and SGLT2 inhibitor)
- You are either not taking an aldosterone blocker (MRA) or taking a low dose (≤25 mg daily)
- You have had high potassium levels during heart failure treatment, or you currently have moderately elevated potassium with kidney concerns, or your potassium is currently elevated
