Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have a confirmed blood clot in a brain vein (called cerebral venous sinus thrombosis).
- Your symptoms started within the last 3 weeks and include things like headache, vision changes, seizures, or confusion (GCS score of 9 or more).
- Your spinal tap shows pressure at or above 250 mmH2O.
- You have not received clot-busting drugs in the past 7 days.
- You do not have major bleeding, advanced cancer, pregnancy (except recent childbirth), or severe liver or kidney problems.
