Stem cell transplant plus CAR-T for high-risk leukemia

This trial tests a combination of your own stem cell transplant and a personalized CAR-T cell therapy called CD19-CAR-T. It is for adults with high-risk acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia whose cancer is in remission after initial chemotherapy, and who are able to receive both treatments safely.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older with high-risk acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia
  • Your leukemia is in complete remission after your first chemotherapy
  • Doctors were able to make a special CD19-CAR-T treatment from your own cells
  • You are healthy enough to receive your own stem cells back after high-dose treatment
  • You do not have major organ problems (like heart, liver, or kidney failure)
  • You do not have other active cancers, serious infections, or certain viruses (like HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C)
