This trial tests a combination of a CAR-T cell therapy (Inaticabtagene Autoleucel) followed by your own stem cells being transplanted back into you. It is for teenagers and adults who have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that is in first complete remission but still has tiny amounts of cancer cells (called MRD) that can be detected by sensitive tests.

Who can take part
- You must be newly diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia within the last 6 months.
- Your leukemia should be in first complete remission (CR1) after initial chemotherapy.
- You must have received at least one round of consolidation therapy.
- A sensitive test must show that there are still a small number of cancer cells in your bone marrow (called MRD positive).
- You must be generally healthy with good organ function and an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
- You must be willing and able to undergo a stem cell transplant using your own cells.
