Who can take part
- You have either benign thyroid nodules or papillary thyroid cancer (a common, less aggressive type)
- You have already received either microwave ablation (a heat treatment) or surgery to remove your thyroid (thyroidectomy)
- You do not have serious liver, kidney, blood, or hormone diseases
- You have no history of mental illness, personality disorder, or cognitive problems
- You are able to understand surveys and answer honestly
