  • You must be between 30 and 70 years old.
  • You need a doctor's diagnosis of fibromyalgia.
  • Your fibromyalgia medications have not changed in the last 12 weeks.
  • You are comfortable using a smartphone or computer and have internet access.
  • You can speak and read Spanish.
  • You are able to take part in a light aerobic exercise program.
