Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You do not have any serious health conditions like heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid problems.
  • You do not have high blood pressure or a family history of it in both parents.
  • You have not had a weight change of more than 6.6 pounds in the last month or 22 pounds in the last 6 months.
  • You do not take antibiotics or have diarrhea regularly or in the week before or during the trial.
  • You fall asleep between 9 pm and 2 am and wake up after 5 am, usually falling asleep within an hour.
