  • You are between 6 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia, transfusion-dependent non-severe aplastic anemia, or paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) with bone marrow failure.
  • Your doctor has said a stem cell transplant is a suitable treatment for you.
  • You or your legal guardian understand the study and agree to join by signing a consent form.
