Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 60 years old.
- You have severe aplastic anemia that did not improve or came back after at least 6 months of standard treatments (anti-thymocyte globulin plus cyclosporine, with or without eltrombopag).
- You have a donor who is a fully matched sibling, a 10/10 matched unrelated donor, or a half-matched (haploidentical) donor, and no antibodies against that donor.
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and overall health are good enough to safely undergo a stem cell transplant.
- You are willing to use effective birth control (if applicable) and can travel to a French transplant center that approves your case.
