Revumenib plus standard drugs for NPM1 or KMT2A AML

Who can take part

  • You must have a new diagnosis of AML with either an NPM1 mutation or a KMT2A rearrangement, confirmed by a central lab.
  • You must be 18 or older and not able to get intensive chemotherapy (for example, due to age 75+ or certain health problems like heart, lung, or kidney issues).
  • Your white blood cell count must be below 25,000 per microliter (can be lowered with hydroxyurea first).
  • Your kidneys, liver, and heart must work well enough (based on blood tests and ECG).
  • You cannot have had prior AML treatment, except hydroxyurea to control white blood cells.
