Who can take part

  • You must have newly diagnosed AML that hasn't been treated yet.
  • Your AML must have a change in the NPM1 gene (NPM1 mutation).
  • You should be healthy enough for intensive chemotherapy, with good organ function.
  • You must not be pregnant, and agree to use birth control if needed.
  • You cannot have certain heart rhythm problems or take medicines that affect them.
