Who can take part

  • You are 60 years old or older.
  • You have trouble sleeping most nights.
  • You speak and understand English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu.
  • You are not taking any prescription sleep aids, anxiety meds, antidepressants, or stimulants.
  • You do not have Parkinson's disease, dementia, restless leg syndrome, sleep apnea, or a serious mental illness.
