Who can take part

  • You must be 40 years or older.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be 27 or higher.
  • You must have a type of heart failure called HFpEF, where your heart pumps normally but is stiff.
  • You need to be able to walk and do exercise tests like a 6-minute walk.
  • Your medications must be stable for at least 30 days before starting the trial.
