- You need to be on up to 6 liters of extra oxygen per minute to keep your oxygen level above 92%.
- You must be in the hospital with symptoms of mild breathing trouble.
- You agree not to join any other treatment study for 28 days.
- You cannot have severe kidney or liver problems, unstable blood pressure, a blood clot in the lung, or right-sided heart failure.
