You may be able to join if you have type 2 diabetes, heart or blood vessel disease, high blood pressure, and at least one extra risk factor for heart failure.

Who can take part
- Age 40 or older
- Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and currently need treatment for it
- Have established heart or blood vessel disease (such as blocked heart arteries, prior stroke, or poor leg circulation)
- Have high blood pressure with a systolic reading (top number) of 130 mmHg or higher at screening
