Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have myasthenia gravis with symptoms that affect your daily activities, like weakness in your arms, legs, or breathing, and not just eye muscles.
- You have tried at least two standard treatments (like steroids and other immune-suppressing drugs) but they haven't worked well enough or you still have trouble.
- You have tested positive for one of the antibodies that cause myasthenia gravis (AChR, MuSK, or LRP4).
- You have not had a thymectomy (thymus gland removal) in the past year or plan to have one during the study.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have an allergy to Blinatumomab.
