Who can take part

  • You are older than 18 years and have a confirmed diagnosis of myasthenia gravis (MG) based on symptoms and positive tests.
  • Your MG is 'refractory,' meaning it has not improved enough with standard treatments or you have had serious flare-ups that required a breathing machine or other intensive care.
  • You are not currently taking other biologic drugs that could affect the study, and you have not had your thymus removed in the last 6 months or have a thymoma.
  • You do not have severe heart, liver, kidney, lung, or blood problems, active infections, or cancer.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
