Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must be able to read, understand, and complete study tasks.
  • You cannot have significant breathing problems during sleep, like obstructive sleep apnea.
  • You cannot have epilepsy (seizures) or sleep disorders that cause unusual nighttime behaviors.
  • You cannot have a neurological or psychiatric condition.
  • You cannot have a major medical condition like diabetes or high blood pressure that might affect sleep.
