Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must be a first-degree relative (parent, sibling, or child) of someone diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy (non-ischemic type)
  • You must have access to a smartphone or a tablet with internet or cellular data
  • You must not have already been told to have heart screening or been diagnosed with a weak heart muscle
  • You must be able to provide verbal consent to participate
