Who can take part

  • Healthy Chinese adults, ages 18 to 50.
  • Men must weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg) and women must weigh at least 99 pounds (45 kg).
  • No serious medical conditions (heart, liver, kidney, etc.) or recent surgeries that affect drug absorption.
  • No use of certain medications, supplements, or grapefruit/pomelo products before or during the study.
  • Must be willing to use effective birth control and avoid donating sperm or eggs for 6 months after the last dose.
