Who can take part
- You are 50 years of age or older
- You are scheduled for moderate or major leg or bone surgery (not spine surgery) with general anesthesia expected to last at least 1 hour
- You do not have confusion (delirium) right now
- You have not been diagnosed with dementia, Parkinson's disease, atrial fibrillation, stroke, or similar nerve or brain conditions
- You do not have a history of drug or alcohol use disorder
