  • Patient is a child having surgery with general anesthesia and a laryngeal mask airway (LMA) for breathing.
  • Patient does not need a breathing tube (orotracheal intubation) or other invasive airway device.
  • Patient does not have known face or skull birth defects.
  • Patient is not having surgery on the neck.
