Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had low back pain for at least 3 months that hasn't improved with medication.
- You have a recent MRI (within 6 months) showing disc problems at L4-L5 or L5-S1.
- Your average pain score over the last month is between 6 and 10 out of 10.
- You have not had back surgery or a spinal injection in the last 6 months.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
