Who can take part

  • You must have had at least 3 prior treatments for multiple myeloma, including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulator (for plasma cell leukemia, at least 1 prior treatment is needed).
  • Your disease must be getting worse despite your last treatment.
  • You must be age 18 or older and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have had a stem cell transplant from a donor, active infections, or certain other cancers.
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control for 1 year after the study drug.
  • You cannot have had CAR-T cell therapy in the last 28 days.
